Thank you for purchasing our products and services. We aim to provide high-quality digital solutions and experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for our offerings, including online software, training services, conferences, and hosting services.


1. Online Software Products

  • Refunds may be requested within 7–14 days of purchase, provided the software, hosting service, support, and other related products and services have not been extensively used or activated.
  • No refunds will be issued after the refund window has expired
  • Technical issues must be reported to our support team before requesting a refund.

2. Training Services (Online or In-Person)

  • Refund requests made at least 5–7 days before the scheduled training are eligible for a full refund.
  • Requests made within 3–5 days may qualify for a partial refund (e.g., 50%).
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the training.
  • Participants may request to reschedule once at no additional cost, subject to availability.

3. Conferences and Events

  • Full refunds are available if requested at least 14 days before the event.
  • Partial refunds (e.g., 50%) may be granted for cancellations made 7–13 days prior.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event or for no-shows.
  • Tickets may be transferable to another attendee upon request.

4. Hosting Services (e.g., Web Hosting, Cloud Services)

  • New hosting subscriptions are eligible for a 7–30 day money-back guarantee, depending on the plan.
  • Accounts found in violation of our terms of service are not eligible for refunds.

5. General Conditions

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billings@nephilaweb.com.ph.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
